Growing our Startup Community Accross Detroit & Windsor

Today Bamboo announces a new partnership with Windsor-based The Accelerator in order to help spur new innovation and collaboration across our two regions.

With growing investments being made in technology and mobility in both Detroit and Windsor, we aim together to help startups expand operations internationally. The new partnership allows one membership to access all of Bamboo’s locations and The Accelerator in Downtown Windsor. Membership includes access to entrepreneurial programming, events, mail address  services and office space, along with a community of support.

Both Bamboo and The Accelerator have been leaders in ecosystem development for almost a decade, serving diverse community members, and supporting startups. The new membership allows access to a total of 96,000 sq ft and over 1,000 community members.

From this membership, we hope to see our Detroit based companies look to launch and expand in Windsor, tapping into an affordable and supportive market for international expansion, and vise-versa.
