Workshop Wednesday: Power of Feminine Empathic Leadership

Have you been called “highly sensitive” or “deep feeler” perhaps you value people first and communal impact? The Empathic leadership style keeps the greater good at the front and takes into the consideration the well being and advancement of others. As women step into positions of power and leadership, we create a space for questioning, collaboration, and vulnerability. In this interactive talk, we will explore how the implementation of empathy leads to sustainable change, growth and productivity.
