Monique Phillips proudly serves as the Founder and CEO of MP Consulting Group, where her primary goal is to deliver exceptional grants and professional writing services to her clients. Additionally, she serves as Corporate Development Officer for the City of Detroit, where she is responsible for creating and strengthening corporate relationships and securing investments to support city initiatives.
A resource development professional, Monique’s talents and writing skills have led to, or supported the acquisition of millions of dollars for nonprofits, academic institutions, governments, small businesses and other agencies. She is also a self taught expert in the sophisticated nonprofit database software, Raiser’sEdge. Customer satisfaction is Monique’s number one priority and she works diligently to produce quality work that yields their desired results.
Monique earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Clark Atlanta University in 2014, a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Oakland University in Rochester, MI in 2009, and is the co-founder of the Detroit Nonprofit Day conference.
